Hematite Magnets:
Play with magnets over a soft or carpeted surface, be sure not to drop them on hard surfaces because they can break.
When done playing you can wipe them with a cloth and place them in the velvet bag they came in.
Clean magnets: by wiping them with a cloth. If they are very dirty you can wash them with warm soapy water.
Recharge/Replace: Magnets every 3 months or less depending on usage. If you are using them for energy work, we recommend doing this more often.
Recharge your magnets: By burying them outside in the dirt for one day. This replenishes the magnetism and removes any accumulated negative energy.
Shungite Products:
Shungite Protection Plates: Peel and stick on your phone, laptop or electronic device. Keep it clean by wiping it with a terry cloth. Never use water on Shungite Products.
Shungite Pyramid: Place in high area to absorb EMF waves in air. These can also be placed on your desk or next to your bed to improve your dream state.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
All orders ship USPS Priority Mail and are insured up to $100. If your order arrives damaged please contact USPS to file a claim, then contact us at questions@coiledserpent13.com. with the subject line "Order arrived damaged" for a timely resolution. Be sure to have your order number and proof of purchase handy.
- Missing or stolen orders: If your order has been marked as "delivered" but hasn't arrived or you think it has been stolen. We recommend that you first search your property or any side doors and ask neighbors or family members if they received the item for you. If after confirming that no one else has received the order in your place, please contact us at questions@coiledserpent13.com for a timely resolution.

- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order content and tracking number. You can also track your order on our website using your order number or email address used to checkout.
- Once your order is made, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address provided at checkout. This is your proof of purchase and we recommend saving this email until your order arrives.
- We recommend keeping an eye on your shipment either through our website or the USPS website using your tracking number. Shipments arrive quickly and this minimizes the possibility of order theft or loss.

- We ship within the U.S., including islands & territories
- Now offering International shipping to select regions. Complete checkout to see if you are eligible.
Shipping times:
- DOMESTIC (U.S./Territories): All domestic orders ship USPS Priority Mail which takes 3-5 business days to arrive, NOT including holidays or weekends. Our current processing time is 7 business days which includes packing and bringing the shipment to the post office.
- INTERNATIONAL: All international orders ship USPS Priority Mail International and usually take between 6-10 business days and UP TO 30 business days to arrive, NOT including holidays or weekends. Our current processing time is 7 business days which includes packing and shipment pickup time.
- TAXES & DUTIES: We do NOT collect taxes/duties at checkout. You assume complete responsibility to pay any taxes or duties incurred during shipment.
- Shipping times may vary depending on location, shipment method, and other environmental factors.
Expedited Shipping:
- U.S./Territories: Priority Mail Express - The next business day
- International: Priority Mail Express International - 3 to 5 business days
- Available at checkout & are calculated by the carrier (i.e: USPS)
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping for all orders is calculated at checkout via USPS and depends upon the size of the order and the location of delivery. Shipping costs are subject to change based on time of year and various other factors.
Edit or Change Your Address:
To make any edits or changes to your order address, please email us immediately questions@coiledserpent13.com Be aware that we can only make changes BEFORE the order ships and there are no guarantees. Always double check for errors in spelling and the number of home addresses before ordering.
Changes in order quantity:
If an order is accidentally placed for too little or too many of an item, please contact us to request changes. questions@coiledserpent13.com
Order Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted up to an hour after purchase.
